Measure yourself in underwear.
Bust: Measure around your chest at the widest point
Waist: Measure your waist at the narrowest point - often well above the navel.
Hip: Measure around your buttocks and hips at the widest point.

High-waisted shorts with a scalloped hem at the bottom and a tie belt at the waist. Lovely with both bare legs and tights. The shorts fasten with a back zipper and have side pockets.
