Returns from Danish addresses

 

You always have 14-day return period from the day you receive your item.
(Orders purchased in November and December can be returned until 14 January).

Within those 14 days, you must create your return in our returns portal. You then have an additional 14 days to send the parcel back to us.

When you create your return, you will receive a return label by email.
You don’t need a printer. You’ll receive a QR code that can simply be shown at the parcel shop.

  • Return shipping for refunds: 49 DKK (deducted from your refund)

  • Exchange for another item or gift card: 0 DKK

Exchange (free)

If you want a different size or a completely different item, you can easily exchange via our returns portal.

Just choose the new item and pay any difference. We’ll ship the new item once you’ve dropped off the return parcel at the parcel shop—so you avoid unnecessary waiting time. If you’re exchanging a gift, you can have the new item sent to your own address.

Important to know

You are responsible for the return parcel until it is registered at the parcel shop. We therefore always recommend getting a receipt so you have proof that the parcel was handed in, in case it goes missing in transit.

You’re always welcome to return or exchange items in our store in Aarhus.

Returns from addresses outside Denmark

If you want to return an item, you must send it back no later than 14 days after receipt. You must pay the return costs yourself. Please note that return parcels from Norway may be subject to a 160 DKK administration fee when checked by customs. If we are charged this fee, it will be deducted from your refund.

You are responsible for the parcel until we have received it, so we recommend sending it as a tracked parcel and getting a receipt. Remember to enclose a note with your name or order number so we can find your order. We do not accept parcels sent to parcel shops!
