Return from Danish addresses
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive your item (Orders from November and December can be returned until January 14) The easiest and safest way is to use our GLS parcel label, which you can obtain online and have printed at the parcel shop. It only costs 39 DKK, which will be deducted from the amount you will get refunded.

Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that the package reaches us. Therefore, we always recommend that you use our shipping label, as the package will then be insured and traceable. Remember to keep the receipt for submission!

Exchange for another item or size
If you wish to exchange your order, you need to place a new order in the webshop. As soon as your return package arrives at us, we will refund the money for your original order (minus 39 DKK in return shipping)

Returns from addresses outside Denmark
If you wish to return an item, you must send it back no later than 14 days after receipt. You will have to pay the return shipping costs yourself. Please note that return packages from Norway may incur an administration fee of 160 DKK when they are checked by customs. If we are charged this fee, it will be deducted from your return amount.
You are responsible for the package until we have received it, so we recommend that you send it as a tracked package and obtain a receipt. Remember to include a note with your name or order number, so we can find your order. We do not accept packages sent to parcel shops!
