The shoes are from Australian Charlie Stone Shoes, which makes the most beautiful vintage-inspired shoes with flat heels in really high quality and a really good fit. The shoes have a small built-in wedge heel, which provides good support for the heel, even though the shoe looks completely flat. Wear them with bare toes in the summer and tights when the weather is colder.
