Returns from Danish addresses
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal, valid from the day you receive your item (Orders from November and December can be returned until January 14)The easiest and safest way is to use our GLS parcel label, which you can download online and have printed at the parcel shop. It costs 49 DKK, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.

Please note that you are responsible for ensuring the package reaches us. We therefore always recommend using our parcel label, as the package will then be insured and trackable. Remember to keep the receipt for drop-off!

Exchange for another item or size
If you wish to exchange your order, you need to place a new order in the webshop. As soon as your return package arrives with us, we will refund the money for your original order (minus 49 DKK for return shipping)

Returns from addresses outside Denmark
If you wish to return an item, you must send it back no later than 14 days after receipt. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Please note that return packages from Norway may be subject to an administration fee of 160 DKK when checked by customs. If we are charged this fee, it will be deducted from your refund.
You are responsible for the package until we have received it, so we recommend sending it as a trackable package and obtaining a receipt.Remember to include a note with your name or order number so we can locate your order. We do not accept packages sent to parcel shops!
