Return from Danish addresses
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. The easiest and safest way is to use our GLS parcel label (you do not need a printer). It only costs 39 DKK, which will be deducted from the amount you are to receive back.

Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that the package reaches us. Therefore, we always recommend that you use our parcel label, as the package is insured and traceable in that case. Remember to keep the receipt for delivery!
If you do not wish to use our label, you must send the package to the address below. Remember, you are fully responsible for ensuring that the package reaches us. We do not accept packages sent to a parcel shop! Send the package to:

Exchange for another item or size
If you wish to exchange your order, you must place a new order in the webshop. As soon as your return package arrives with us, we will refund the money for your original order (minus 39 DKK for return shipping)

Returning a gift
If you want to return a gift, you can easily set up a return on our return portal. In the "order number" field, simply enter the buyer's name. As a starting point, we will refund the money to the card used to pay for the order. But if you prefer, we can instead put the money on a gift card, which will be sent to your email address. If you want to exchange for something else, you must place a new order in the webshop.

Return from addresses outside Denmark
If you wish to return an item, you must send it back within 14 days of receipt. You must pay the return costs yourself. Please note that return packages from Norway may be subject to an administration fee of 160 DKK when checked by customs. If we are charged this fee, it will be deducted from your return amount.
You are responsible for the package until we have received it, so we recommend that you send it as a traceable package and get a receipt. Remember to include a note with your name or order number so we can find your order. We do not accept packages sent to a parcel shop!
