Measure yourself in underwear.
Chest:Measure around the chest at your widest point
Waist:Measure your waist at your narrowest point - often well above the navel.
Hips:Measure around the bottom and hips at your widest point.

Beautiful sailor trousers with a high waist and two rows of white buttons. They are made in a nice, soft polyester/viscose blend that falls nicely and is very comfortable to wear.
