Measure yourself in your underwear.
Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust
Waist: Measure your waist at its narrowest point - often well above the navel.
Hip: Measure around your bottom and hips at their widest point.

A nice skirt in soft, washed denim with buttons at the front, elastic at the waist, and plenty of fullness in the skirt. It comes with a wide tie belt, which you can use to accentuate the waist if you want. A really nice skirt for all seasons and occasions.
