Returns from addresses outside Denmark
You have a 14-day right of return on unused goods from the day you received your order. Remember to enclose a note with the order number or the name of the person who bought the item.
Please note that return packages from Norway may be subject to an administration fee of DKK 160 when they are checked at customs. If we are charged this fee, it will be deducted from your return amount.
You must pay the return costs yourself. Remember, you are responsible for the package until we have received it, so we recommend that you send it as a trackable package and get a receipt. Remember to enclose a note with your name or order number so that we can find your order. We do not accept parcels sent to the parcel shop! Send the package to:
