Returns from Danish addresses
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item.
(Orders purchased in November and December can be returned until 14 January).
Within the 14 days, you must create your return in our returns portal. After that, you have a further 14 days to send the package back to us.

When you create your return, you will receive a return label by email.
You do not need a printer. You can choose to receive a QR code, which can simply be shown at the parcel shop.

Exchange (free)
If you want a different size or a completely different item, you can exchange free of charge when you use our returns portal.
Here, you simply choose the new item and pay any difference. We will send the new item once you have dropped off the return package at the parcel shop - so you avoid unnecessary waiting time. If you are exchanging a gift, you can have the new item sent to your own address.
If you cannot decide right away, you can also have the return amount credited to a gift card.
Please note: Free exchange applies once per order. If you wish to exchange the same order again, return shipping costs 49 DKK.

Important to know
You are responsible for the return package until it has been registered at the parcel shop. We therefore always recommend getting a receipt so that you have proof that the package was handed in, should it get lost along the way.

You are always welcome to return or exchange items in our store in Aarhus.

Returns from addresses outside Denmark
If you wish to return an item, you must notify us no later than 14 days after receipt by filling out this form. After that, you have a further 14 days to send your package back to us.
You are responsible for paying the return costs yourself. Please note that return packages from Norway may be subject to an administration fee of 160 DKK when they are checked by customs. If we are charged this fee, it will be deducted from your refund amount.
You are responsible for the package until we have received it, so we recommend that you send it as a trackable package and obtain a receipt. Remember to include a note with your name or order number so that we can locate your order. We do not accept packages sent to parcel shops!
