Bust: Measure around the bust at your widest point
Waist: Measure your waist at your narrowest point - often well above the navel.
Hip: Measure around the bottom and hips at your widest point.

Nice basic top with a V-neck both at the front and at the back. The top is fitted with decorative ruching at the bust and small sleeves.
