Absolutely fantastic dress from Seamstress of Bloomsbury with an irresistibly lovely print and the most beautiful sky-blue color. The dress has a relaxed shirt-style bodice, short sleeves with a small puff at the shoulder, a matching belt, and the prettiest skirt, cut on the bias so it falls beautifully over the hips.
