Measure yourself in underwear.
Bust: Measure around your chest at the widest point
Waist: Measure your waist at the narrowest point - often well above the navel.
Hip: Measure around your buttocks and hips at the widest point.

High-waisted shorts with a wavy hem at the bottom and a drawstring at the waist. Super nice with both bare legs and tights. The shorts close with a zipper at the back and have pockets on the sides.
